The guest lecture featured esteemed resource person from Corporate experience and academics, Prof.Prasad.M.L. Associate Professor And a Renowned Professional, And also Financial Controller at Seshadripuram College.

The guest lecture commenced at 12.00 Noon with the welcome address and introduction about the speaker by Miss Arpitha Shanbhogue a Student of III Semester M.Com. The speaker started his Lecture On Different Kinds of Policies, Dividend Payment Ratios etc.. and Certain Practical Implications of the Theories i.e Relevant And Irrelevant Theories Through Solving Problems.
