Dr. Shaistha Banu Harris bagged the Best Paper Award titled “ Literature Review on Effectiveness of PBL Approach in Higher Education by Confab 360 Degree which is based out of Delhi. She also bagged the Best Paper Award by the Gulf University. The Title of the Paper is “AI-driven Employee Engagement Transforming Banking Workforce Dynamics Using Beula Model”. She also published yet another paper in Journal of Inter Disciplinary Cycle Research” which belongs to Group – II of the UGC List journals. The title of the paper is “ From Brand Equity to Devoted Fans: The Journey of Customer Loyalty” .
