ATTENDED FIVE-DAY FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Higher Education 2.0: Integrating Technology and Tradition emphasised a balanced approach to teaching and learning, where digital innovation enhanced—rather than replaced—the rich heritage of conventional education. The five-day Faculty Development Programme on this theme equipped educators with strategies to blend LMS platforms, AI tools, virtual classrooms and multimedia resources with time-tested pedagogies like Socratic dialogue, experiential learning and value-based instruction. The programme encouraged faculty to design hybrid modules, promote critical thinking, and build interactive, culturally grounded learning spaces. By integrating modern technology with traditional wisdom, educators created holistic, accessible, dynamic and future-ready academic ecosystems that nurtured both knowledge and human values.
