ENIGMA 2023
Event: Inter-Collegiate Management Fest
Date: 6th July 2023
ENIGMA, an Inter-Collegiate Management Fest, was conducted on 6th July 2023 under the ELIXIR Club in association with IQAC. The fest aimed to encourage management students to hone their managerial skills and boost creativity and competitive spirit.
The one-day fest featured Finance, HR, and Marketing events along with creative competitions such as Mock IPL, Mad Ads Show, Start-up Talks, Logo Design, and Quiz. The event attracted participation from more than 60 students representing 10 colleges across Bengaluru.
About ENIGMA
ENIGMA, presented by the esteemed management club ELIXIR, returned after a brief hiatus with renewed energy and innovation. The fest provided a platform to explore diverse domains of management including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Entrepreneurship through thought-provoking challenges.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Ramani Venkat and Principal Dr. Vatsala G, and presided over by Dr. M. Lakshmipathi Naidu and Ms. Savitha B.H at the APJ Auditorium.
The inauguration included lamp lighting, Ganesha Vandana, welcome address, introduction to the fest, and departmental achievements. Judges from various departments evaluated the events.

Best Manager Competition
The valedictory function began at 4:30 PM, followed by prize distribution. Judges and sponsors were honored for their support. The fest was organized by BBA students under the guidance of Faculty Coordinator Ms. Evelyn Nischitha.
ENIGMA 2023 was a fulfilling and enriching experience, leaving participants with lasting memories and a desire for many more such events.

The Department proudly hosted ENIGMA-2025, a vibrant Intercollegiate Management Fest that showcased creativity, leadership, and competitive spirit. Students from various colleges participated with great enthusiasm, transforming the campus into a hub of strategic thinking and innovation. The fest was expertly led by Ms. Evelyn Nischitha, whose guidance ensured the smooth and impactful execution of all events.
The HR Club – Hufflepuff Collective engaged participants with intellectually stimulating activities such as the Escape Room, Emoji Chronicles, Negotiation Scenario (Role Play), and Multitasking Management, encouraging problem-solving and people-management skills.
The Finance Club – Slytherin Collective challenged students with financially driven events including Monopoly – Business Board Game, Finance Quiz, Investment Pitch, and Debate, allowing participants to demonstrate analytical thinking and financial acumen.
The Marketing Club – Ravenclaw Collective brought creativity to the forefront with events like Guess the Brand Tagline, Brand War, Eco-friendly Product Launch, and Scrap Marketing, highlighting participants' branding and promotional abilities.
General events such as the Mind Quiz, Treasure Hunt, Super Minute, Go Green Collage Making, Crypto Clash, and Product Promo added excitement and variety, drawing widespread participation.
One of the major highlights of the fest was the Best Manager Competition, coordinated by Ms. Evelyn Nischitha, where participants were evaluated on leadership, pressure-handling, decision-making, and overall managerial capabilities.
ENIGMA-2025 concluded on a high note, celebrating teamwork, innovation, and the spirit of healthy competition. The fest not only enriched participants’ managerial skills but also strengthened intercollegiate collaboration, making it a memorable and impactful event for all.
