Orientation

The Department of BBA successfully conducted the Orientation Program for 2nd Semester Students of the Autonomous Batch 2024–27 on 06 January 2025. The session aimed to prepare students for the upcoming academic term and provide them with clarity on academic expectations, departmental initiatives, and growth opportunities.
The orientation was graced by Dr. Lakshmipathi Naidu, Head of the Department, BBA, who addressed the students with an inspiring talk on academic discipline, professional development, and the significance of proactive learning. His insights were well-received and motivated students to approach the new semester with renewed focus.
The event was coordinated by Ms. Dimple Raj Purohit, who ensured smooth planning and execution.
The orientation concluded with an interactive session, allowing students to clarify doubts and understand the roadmap for the semester ahead. Overall, the program proved to be informative, engaging, and beneficial for all attendees.
National Girl Child day celebration

On 31 January 2025, the department commemorated National Girl Child Day by organizing meaningful activities under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The event aimed to promote awareness about the rights, education, and empowerment of the girl child.
Students of the II Semester actively participated in the Drawing and Essay Writing competitions, showcasing their creativity and thoughtful reflections on the significance of nurturing and supporting girls in society. Their artworks and essays highlighted themes of empowerment, equality, safety, and opportunities for the girl child.
The program was successfully coordinated by Ms. Dimple Raj Purohit and Ms. Ramya R, whose dedicated efforts ensured enthusiastic participation and smooth execution of the event. The celebration helped reinforce social responsibility among students and encouraged them to advocate for a more inclusive and equitable future.

The Department of BBA successfully organized an Orientation Session for the upcoming 6th Semester on 16 March 2025, designed for the 2nd Semester students of the 2022–25 batch. The event took place at Room 636, Gallery Room, Level 6, MSRCASC, and served as an important platform to introduce students to the academic rigor, skill-building opportunities, and professional pathways that the senior semesters offer.
The session featured an engaging and insightful address by Dr. Lakshmipathi Naidu, who guided students through the curriculum expectations and shared valuable advice on developing the right mindset for future academic and career challenges. His session not only informed but also inspired students to plan their journey ahead with clarity and confidence.
With seamless coordination by Ms. Deepa R, the program was conducted smoothly and received excellent feedback from participants. The orientation proved to be a meaningful initiative, helping students gain a clearer understanding of their forthcoming academic milestones while motivating them to strive for excellence in the semesters ahead.
International Youth Day

The Department of BBA, in proud collaboration with IIC, hosted an energetic two-day celebration of International Youth Day on 12 and 13 August 2025. The event brought together imagination, innovation, and youthful enthusiasm through two exciting competitions — the Logo Designing Competition and the Business Plan Competition.
Students from the 1st and 3rd semesters of BBA, along with participants from other streams, showcased remarkable creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. The Logo Designing Competition saw vibrant, original designs that captured the essence of youth empowerment, while the Business Plan Competition witnessed bold, forward-thinking ideas presented with passion and precision. The atmosphere buzzed with inspiration as students explored real-world problem-solving and creative branding skills.
The event was expertly coordinated by Ms. Deepa R and Ms. Savitha B H, whose dedicated efforts ensured a lively, well-structured, and impactful celebration. International Youth Day 2025 truly reflected the power, potential, and promise of young minds — making it a memorable highlight of the academic year.
