Outreach Programme on Probiotics:

The III Semester Food Technology students of MSRCASC conducted an outreach programme at Ramaiah Vidyaniketan on 19 September 2026 on the topic “Probiotics and Their Benefits.” The programme was organised for students of Classes VII and X. The students explained the importance of probiotics, their role in maintaining gut health, improving digestion and supporting immunity. To provide practical awareness, buttermilk, a probiotic-rich beverage, was served to the participants. The programme created awareness among school students about healthy dietary practices and the importance of beneficial microorganisms.
