How to Apply

Admission Process

Step 1

Online Application

All aspiring candidates must submit their applications online. Candidates awaiting results can apply with 10th and 11th-grade marks and update the application after receiving their 12th-grade results.

Step 2

Counseling Invitation

Shortlisted candidates will receive counseling/interview details via their registered email.

Step 3

Provisional Selection & Fee Payment

Provisionally selected candidates will receive an email with a payment link. After payment, they will receive a fee receipt and a provisional admit card.

Step 4

Reporting Date

The reporting date will be emailed to provisionally selected candidates.

Step 5

Document Submission

On reporting day, candidates must submit required documents as mentioned on the provisional admit card.

Step 6

Final Submission Deadline

The final date and time for document submission will be shared after the inaugural day.

Beware of Agents

Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce does not authorize any agents for admissions. Please apply directly through our official website or visit the campus.

Merit-Based Admissions

All admissions are purely based on merit and entrance examination performance. We maintain transparency and fairness throughout the admission process.

Undergraduate

Documents to be submitted on the day of commencement of classes (original & one photocopy):

  • checkSSLC/10th Mark Sheet
  • checkPUC/12th Mark Sheet
  • checkTransfer Certificate (TC)
  • checkMigration Certificate
  • checkAadhar Card Copy
  • checkCaste Certificate (if applicable)

PG Applicants

Postgraduate

Documents to be submitted on the day of commencement of classes (original & one photocopy):

  • checkSSLC/10th Mark Sheet
  • checkPUC/12th Mark Sheet
  • checkDegree/Graduation Certificate
  • checkTransfer Certificate (TC)
  • checkMigration Certificate
  • checkPGCET, CMAT or KMAT score card (only for MCA and MBA)
  • checkAadhar Card Copy
  • checkCaste Certificate (if applicable)

Note: If the student does not have the marks card of the qualifying examination on the commencement date of the classes, valid result sheets duly attested by the Principal of the institution need to be submitted. Students have to submit the original marks card once it is received from the institution. Failing to produce all the above documents will lead to the cancellation of admission.
