Industrial Visit – I Semester BBA (Batch 2025–28) Pushpak Products India Pvt. Ltd., Wonder Blues Apparels Pvt. Ltd. and Britannia Industries Ltd.

The Department of BBA organized an Industrial Visit on 15th November 2025 for the I Semester BBA students (Batch 2025–28) with the objective of bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical industry exposure. The visit provided students with an opportunity to observe real-time business operations and gain insights into manufacturing, production management, quality control, and organizational structure.

The first visit was to Pushpak Products India Pvt. Ltd., where students were introduced to the company’s production processes, workflow management, and quality assurance practices. The management team explained the importance of operational efficiency, supply chain coordination, and maintaining industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Students were able to observe the systematic functioning of different departments and understand how coordination contributes to overall productivity.

The second segment featured Mock Interviews, where students experienced a simulated corporate interview environment. Participants were assessed on communication skills, subject knowledge, confidenThe next visit was to Wonder Blues Apparels Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in apparel manufacturing. Here, students gained exposure to garment production processes, from raw material sourcing to final product packaging. The session highlighted key aspects such as inventory management, labor management, quality checks, and branding strategies in the fashion and textile industry. The visit enabled students to understand the practical challenges faced in large-scale production and how effective management practices ensure smooth operations.

The final visit was to Britannia Industries Ltd., one of India’s leading food manufacturing companies. Students were briefed on production planning, hygiene standards, packaging technology, and distribution networks. The company representatives emphasized the importance of quality control, innovation, and strong distribution channels in sustaining competitive advantage in the FMCG sector. The visit provided valuable insights into large-scale production and corporate functioning.

Throughout the industrial visit, students actively engaged with industry professionals, clarified their queries, and gained a deeper understanding of real-world business practices. The experience enhanced their knowledge of various management concepts such as operations management, marketing, human resource management, and supply chain management.

The visit was successfully coordinated by Ms. Dimple Raj Purohit, whose guidance ensured smooth organization and effective learning outcomes.
